Making a Booking
Please download and read the Terms of Hire document.
You can book the Hall by emailing manleyvillagehall@gmail.com or by clicking the Open Booking Form button below and completing the form.
Your booking will be confirmed when we have checked that the hall is available (because there may be other bookings in process) and after payment is received.
Payment
Bank transfer is the preferred method of payment. Payment in full is required in advance, and can be made to:

Please use your name and the date of booking as the payment reference.
Current Rates
The rates of hire for the hall are currently:
Weekday daytime (8am to 6pm): £13 per hour
Weekends, Bank holidays and Weekday Evenings (6pm to 1am): £15 per hour
Bar Facility: £20 for up to 2 hours then £5 per hour thereafter
All bookings are subject to our Terms of Hire, and the full hire charge is payable before the date of hire.
Please remember when making a booking that our Committee and Bookings Secretary are all volunteers, but will we endeavor to get back to you as soon as we can.
